In July of this year ORC hosted its inaugural seminar in a series of talks, which are meant to bring our work and that of our collaborators and partners closer to those beyond the boundaries of Ongava. As we gain more momentum, we also hope to cultivate a space for diverse ideas, knowledge and thought within Namibia’s conservation/ecology research realm. We intend to host an increasing number of experts from various backgrounds and institutions, with a particular focus on the Greater Etosha Landscape.

These seminars are typically held every second Thursday at 14h30 (Central African Time), with the option to also join virtually. While we are currently on a short hiatus, the Seminar Series will return on 23 November. In the meantime, you can watch past seminars via the ORC YouTube channel, which you are also invited to subscribe to.
